Feel free to let me know if there are any questions.From Parkhurst:The upper leather is a genuine kudu leather which comes from the Charles F. Stead tannery. Kudu leather will have natural scars, imperfection and some potential color variation from pair to pair. No two pairs will look the same. The primary color palette of this upper leather includes a series of varying shades of tan's and light brown's. With wear, you can expect these boots to darken a bit. They will darken even more if wax or leather creme/balm is applied.
