Bold colors and pops of nearly neon in a soft, barkcloth style fabric and black trim. I LOVE this skirt. It can really cover all seasons. The fabric is light enough for summer but also could be worn with tights and boots in winter. Normal wear due to age but overall in excellent vintage condition.
